Gratziano's

This is a review from the website Waco Fork:

I first went here around 8 years ago when I first moved to Waco and I was not impressed. I've recently been back several times and I plan to continue going back.

The best pizza place in town . . . And most importantly, the crust tastes good.

Quite frankly, Gratziano's may be the best pizza place in town. They serve thin crust pizza, and they do it right. It's crunchy but chewy. It's soft but firm enough to hold the toppings. And most importantly, the crust tastes good.

Combine that with the high quality ingredients and great topping combinations, and you have a winning formula for pizza. I love the bbq chicken pizza, and even think the cheese pizza can hold it's own against the others. The all-meat pizza (I dont remember the name off hand) comes with a couple of gigantic meat balls on it, making for a large but tasty bite.

They serve other food as well, including some pasta, burgers, appetizers, etc. But I have not yet had a chance to try those foods. I have seen them and they look great. If the pizza is any indication of the rest of the menu, I would expect them to be good.
